For Leaders
Equip Your Church to Lead in Recovery
Practical training, proven programs, and Christ-centered resources for pastors, counselors, and ministry leaders ready to meet the addiction crisis head-on.
U.S. adults with a substance use disorder attend religious services monthly — yet have never received treatment.
Your church is already in the room. We help you be ready.
The Church Is Uniquely Positioned to Heal
Addiction touches every congregation in Arizona. Families are sitting in your pews carrying shame, fear, and desperate need — often with nowhere else to turn. The question is not whether your church will encounter addiction. It already has.
Christian Recovery Network AZ exists to equip you. We provide the training, tools, and network connections to help your church move from awareness to action — becoming a place of genuine, lasting healing.

Our Approach to Leader Equipping
Scripture-Grounded
Every resource is anchored in the truth of God's Word. We believe lasting transformation is spiritual at its core.
Trauma-Informed
We train leaders to understand the science of addiction and trauma — so they can respond with wisdom, not just good intentions.
Community-Centered
Recovery happens in relationship. We equip leaders to build communities of accountability, grace, and genuine belonging.
Network-Connected
No church has to do this alone. Our network connects you with treatment centers, counselors, and peer leaders across Arizona.
"And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others."
2 Timothy 2:2
We had people in our congregation struggling for years and we didn't know how to help. The training gave us language, tools, and confidence. Now we have an active recovery ministry and we're seeing lives change.
